Refund and Returns Policy


We want all of our customers to be happy and will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email to receive an RMA and directions for a return. Once a return is received and confirmed to be in original condition, a credit will be applied to the payment method used during the original purchase. You will be responsible for payment of return shipping to us.


Exchanges are welcome. We want you to be able to wear and enjoy the gear that you ordered. If you need to exchange an item, please email for an exchange request and directions. All original packaging must be included with the product and it must be unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for the payment of return shipping. When we receive the return, we will ship you the correct item.

Damaged/Incorrect Product:

 If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at for an exchange for the same/correct item. Please include your order number and a photo of the defective/wrong product.


For physical items, we accept unworn and unused items for refund within 30 days of purchase, exceptions included. Please email us at to see if the product you purchased is eligible for a refund.
